Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JonnyAD. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

What JonnyAD does

JonnyAD plans, writes and publishes marketing content for the businesses you manage. It produces artwork from a library of professionally designed template files, writes copy tailored to each business, and publishes to the social accounts you connect.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through it.
  • One account is for one business or agency. Sharing a login with people outside your organisation is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.

Plans, coins and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of coins, the unit the platform charges generation in — a text campaign costs less than one with artwork, and video costs more than either. The current prices are shown in the app before you spend anything.

  • Coins reset, they do not accumulate. Your balance is set to your plan’s allowance each month; unused coins do not roll over.
  • Failed work is not charged. If generation fails, or an audit returns a cached result rather than doing new work, the coins are refunded automatically.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.
  • We may change prices with 30 days’ notice by email. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

Who owns what

Your material stays yours

Everything you upload — design files, fonts, logos, imagery, brand information — remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: storing it, processing it to produce your content, and publishing what you schedule. Nothing more.

What the platform generates is yours

The copy and artwork JonnyAD produces for you is yours to use commercially, including after you stop being a customer. We claim no ownership of your campaigns.

The template arsenal stays ours

The platform’s own template and font collection is licensed to you for producing your content while you are a customer. You may use the artwork it generates however you like; you may not extract, redistribute or resell the template files or fonts themselves.

Fonts you upload

You confirm you hold the licences for any font you upload. Font licensing is specific and often restricts server use — checking that is yours to do, not ours.

What you are responsible for

The platform writes; you publish. Content is generated by AI and may contain errors, including confident ones. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it goes out under your name or your client’s.

This matters most where:

  • your field is regulated — legal, medical, financial and similar sectors have advertising rules the platform cannot know in full. Record them in your compliance settings, and check the output against them;
  • claims are factual — prices, dates, figures, credentials and guarantees must be verified by you;
  • you are publishing for a client — you are responsible for having their approval.

You also agree not to use JonnyAD to produce or publish:

  • content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes someone’s rights;
  • content impersonating a person or organisation;
  • spam, or anything violating the rules of the networks you publish to.

Connected social accounts

Connecting an account authorises us to publish the content you schedule to it, and nothing else. Each network’s own terms apply to what you publish there, and a network may suspend or restrict an account regardless of anything we do. You can disconnect at any time under Settings → Social Accounts.

Availability

We work to keep JonnyAD running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Parts of it depend on third parties — AI providers, storage, the social networks — and an outage at any of them can affect the platform. Scheduled posts that fail to publish are recorded as failed with the reason, so you can see and retry them.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or is being used in a way that endangers the service or other customers. Except in serious cases we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, JonnyAD is provided as-is, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or lost business.

Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and equivalent protections where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance; if you do not accept, cancel before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Where you have mandatory rights under the law of your own country, those still apply.
