Deleting your data

Most deletion you can do yourself, immediately, without asking us. Those come first. If you would rather we did it, that is at the bottom.
Disconnect a social account
Removes the access token we hold for that network. We can no longer publish to it, and the token cannot be recovered — reconnecting later issues a new one.
- Open Settings → Social Accounts
- Find the network and choose Disconnect
You can also revoke our access from the network’s own side, which has the same effect: on Facebook and Instagram under Settings → Apps and Websites, on LinkedIn under Settings → Data Privacy → Permitted Services.
Delete one client’s data
Deleting a client workspace removes everything belonging to it: brand profile, campaigns and their content, uploaded PSD templates and imagery, the platform’s learned observations about that client, and their social connections. This cascades through the database — it is not a flag that hides the rows.
- Open the client switcher at the top of the dashboard
- Choose the client, then Delete client
- Confirm by typing the client’s name
This cannot be undone, and we keep no copy for you to ask for later. Export anything you want to keep first.
Delete individual content
Campaigns can be deleted one at a time from the Campaigns list. Uploaded templates, fonts and images can be selected and deleted under Brand Assets.
Fonts in the shared arsenal are the platform’s own licensed collection rather than your upload, so they are not yours to delete — anything you uploaded yourself is marked Exclusive and can be removed freely.
Close your account entirely
Email privacy@jonnyad.com from the address your account uses, asking us to close it. We will:
- confirm it is really you, using the email address on the account;
- delete every workspace, campaign, uploaded file, social token and learned observation belonging to you, within 30 days;
- confirm in writing when it is done.
We retain only what the law requires us to keep, such as transaction records for tax purposes. Nothing of that is used for anything else.
Ask for a copy first
If you want your data before it goes, ask at the same address and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, within 30 days.
